Martin W in Shortlands had a laptop running an old version of Windows and needed a new one but it had to have a built in CD/DVD drive that many new laptops now lack. I was able to source one with a CD/DVD drive and a reasonably fast processor that I set up for him, reinstalling programs from the Internet and transferring his files from the old laptop.
